Public Lecture on ‘Shortage Sharing: Lessons in Inter-Jurisdictional Water Law from the Colorado River’

The Daksha Fellowship will host a public lecture on ‘Shortage Sharing: Lessons in Inter-Jurisdictional Water Law from the Colorado River’ with Prof. Rhett Larson, Associate Professor of Law at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, as the speaker.

Professor Larson is also a senior research fellow with the Kyl Center for Water Policy at ASU’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy. Professor Larson’s research and teaching interests are in property law, administrative law, and environmental and natural resource law, in particular, domestic and international water law and policy. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago, and his Masters of Science in Water Science, Policy, and Management from Oxford University, where he was a Weidenfeld Scholar.

The event will be held on April, 28, 2021 (Wednesday) from 8:00 to 9:00 pm IST.
