Neha Goenka

A Public Relations and communications professional with 14+ years of experience, Neha has designed strategies across industries and sectors to build businesses, scale accounts (geographically and across platforms), develop teams, and launch new services covering PR, digital, content development and integrated communications. In her previous role, she has been instrumental in developing the external and internal communication and content strategies and implementing them through various tools and tactics using media outreach, social media platforms and events.

As a PR consultant with Adfactors PR, India’s largest independent PR agency, she has offered clients such as Godrej Group, Ola Cabs, ICICI Bank, Vodafone India, Mahindra Group among many others, communication frameworks and counsel that enabled them to achieve the business objectives and enhance corporate reputation.She holds a Masters in Strategic Management and Planning from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Ireland.

Dr Madhav Khosla

Madhav Khosla is the Ambedkar Visiting Associate Professor at Columbia Law School. He is also an Associate Professor of Political Science at Ashoka University and a Junior Fellow at the Harvard Society of Fellows. He studied political theory at Harvard University, where his dissertation was awarded the Edward M. Chase Prize for “the best dissertation on a subject relating to the promotion of world peace”. His research interests lie in the fields of public law and political theory, and much of his work is on the theory and practice of constitutionalism under conditions of rapid democratization, weak state capacity, and low levels of socio-economic development. His most recent book India’s Founding Moment: The Constitution of a Most Surprising Democracy has been widely acclaimed across circles.

 

Chitra Narayan

Chitra Narayan is a Chevening Scholar at University of Warwick. She heads the Disputes Resolution track at the Daksha Fellowship. She is a lawyer in independent practice, and an accredited mediator in India. Chitra has mediated commercial, corporate and family (including partition and matrimonial) disputes. As a lawyer, Chitra has over 23 years’ experience in corporate commercial law – both in transaction advisory and dispute resolution, which she brings to support her work in mediation and conciliation. She was a partner with J.Sagar Associates (JSA), founding partner with Vichar Partners, and a partner with Dua Associates. She is also a published author / editor

Sayyantana Dutta

Sayyantana (called Shanton by his friends and colleagues alike) leads Academic Affairs and Operations, and will be your go-to guy for all things academic.  

He specialises in early-stage corporate strategy and building institutions from scratch. He has previously worked in leadership positions with HT Media Ltd., building India’s largest repository of on-demand audio content, HT Smartcast and ed-tech startup UpGrad, leading two of its three major verticals in the Academics and Research function. His research interests are in comparative media, media tech and the economics of content.

 

Zankhana Joshi

Zankhana Joshi is a Counseling Psychologist and works extensively in the field of Mental Health focusing on Wellness rather than Illness in her private practice. She is also a Diploma holder of Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner for change, from TISS. She contributes regularly to The Times of India’s, Ask the Expert under its Relationship Column. A certified NLP, Gestalt practitioner; she has found significant influences from the eastern philosophies that she applies into her practice
